National Homes
Launching new communities in Mississauga, Brampton & Bradford
As seen in HOMES Magazine
April 2011
When a homebuilder like National Homes is about to launch three new communities it’s national news.
National Homes will be introducing new neighbourhoods in three different communities in 2011, including Mississauga, Brampton and Bradford. And every home will have that awardwinning National sense of style built into the design — with a little help from you.
You can start by registering online to be sure that you are on the Preview List. In 2010, the three communities National opened in Oakville, Markham and Thornhill sold out in just a few days, so you may want to visit the site soon so that your name comes up early on the list, and you don’t miss out.
Help National design their community
National is also giving every registrant a cutting-edge opportunity to be more than a purchaser. They can also be an integral part of the design process.
“The first thing to do, if you’re interested in Mississauga, Brampton or Bradford, is to register online to get your name on the list for our advance preview,” says Deena Pantalone, Marketing Manager for National Homes. “Then in just a few minutes online, you can actually help us with the design and features for your new home. We call it your personal YOUPRINT, and it’s your chance to tell us what you’re looking for and have an impact on the homes we will actually be building in these communities.”
This program is all part of National’s “You are the blueprint™” philosophy, where the needs of the customer are the driving force behind their homedesigns. This innovative YOUPRINT concept will help National to tailor their community to the taste and style of the actual families who will want to call it home.
In Mississauga, National will be introducing elegant townhomes near Creditview and Britannia Roads next to parkland, a short walk from shopping and the Credit River Valley.
In Bradford, they are planning detached homes within walking distance from schools and shopping, near conservation land, and minutes from both Highway 400 and Lake Simcoe. And in Brampton, National is planning a brand new neighbourhood of homes in the established community of Gates of Countryside, near parks, schools, and minutes from Highway 410 and Heart Lake Conservation Area.
If you’re looking for a home this spring or summer, National Homes is about to triple your choice with three new launches, and one very exciting chance to be a part of the design process.
