Markham's Wismer Woods
National Homes has just released a new block of all-detached
homes in Markham's Wismer Woods. With seven designs to
choose from, you’ll get all the big-home features you
want at a price you want to pay. This enclave is in the
heart of an established neighbourhood, set right across
from a ten-acre woodlot and a 46-acre park. Prices start

go north from 16th Avenue and Markham Rd. Turn left on
BurOak and right on Everett Avenue
Oakville's Westmount in Glen Abbey
You'll have to hurry if you want to catch the last of
the deep traditional lots in Westmount because this final
detached phase is now 70 per cent sold and homes are
going up fast. A big part of the success is owed to the
innovative Blueprint Room concept in each design – an
industry first. These deep lot detached home designs
feature stone, stucco and brick elevations with three-,
four- and five-bedroom plans in an established Glen Abbey
neighbourhood close to schools, parks and shopping. Prices
start in the low $500's. The Sales Office is located
on Parkglen Road south of Dundas Street West, just west
of Third Line.
Oakville's Lakeshore Woods
National offers two collections of detached homes at
Lakeshore Woods and the choice is yours. The Classic
Collection offers detached homes from the $500's with
many lots backing on to parkland. Or you can choose The
Harbour Collection of estate-style homes that range up
to 4,300 square feet and are priced from the $680's in
the closest crescent to the Lake. There are even inventory
homes available with Fall closings. The Sales Office
