Seven Phases of Oakville homeowners mingle at National Homes Barbecue

National Homes recently held a Homeowners’ Appreciation BBQ at their
Westmount neighbourhood in Oakville’s Glen Abbey and hundreds turned
out despite the threatening weather. The food was hot, the drinks were cold
and the kids were having a blast on the giant jumping castle. In addition,
everyone who attended had an opportunity to win a luxury BBQ.
National is now in their seventh phase of this successful Oakville neighbourhood
and all previous homeowners were invited. Many families already knew each
other, a fact that is not surprising at all, given the number of National
purchasers who have moved up from phase to phase in Westmount as each new
release has been offered. Customer loyalty has reached such a high level for
National that fully half of new purchasers in this latest final detached home
phase are either previous purchasers or were referred by friends who already
live there!
Winners of the BBQ were National Homeowners and Westmount residents the Cardoso
family.
National is currently running a promotion to August 30, 2007 where all new
buyers are entered to win $20,000 in upgrades or a fantastic cruise. While
sales have been brisk, the odds of winning make visiting this National community
very worthwhile, as there are less than two dozen homes remaining in this
final phase.
The homes National is currently offering at Westmount are 40-, 45- and 50-foot
designs that feature stone, stucco and brick elevations with three-, four-
and five-bedroom plans in an established Glen Abbey neighbourhood close to
schools, parks and shopping. Prices start in the low $500’s. National’s
