Congratulations on purchasing a home with National Homes. You've made the right decision, and we know you'll enjoy your home for many years to come.
Our Project Coordinators
We want to maintain our relationship with you from the beginning to the end, which is why each homeowner is assigned their very own Project Coordinator to assist them with the buying process. The project coordinator is a liaison between you and the sales office, design studio and construction site. They're there to answer any questions you may have and to help you along the way.
Important Things to Remember:
- Throughout every stage, including the Sales Agreement and Construction, we'll be communicating with you frequently, so it is important to keep us up to date with your current address, telephone number, and solicitor information.
- Your Agreement of Purchase and Sale is a legal document. If you have any changes, these must be made at the sales office by amendment.
- If you have a property you wish to sell, it's our recommendation that you wait until your new home has been bricked. This stage is very crucial to your closing date.
- Although we always try our best to meet your closing date, delays can happen as a result of development delays, weather, strikes, shortage of supplies and trades.
- Important contact info can be found in your Homeowners Manual. It includes information about National Staff, Trades & Municipal and Regional Services (i.e. trash pickup, water hook up, etc.)
