IPad Giveaway Contest Rules and Regulations:

1. All entries must include your YOUprint survey answers AND be a member of our Facebook community. First and Last Name, home phone and email must be included on the registration form.
2. Limit of one entry per household regardless of email addresses, telephone number or address.
3. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
4. Prizes: A total of one (1) Prize will be awarded, consisting of an Ipad (model type). Approximate retail value of the prize is $499 Canadian ($499 CDN).
5. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Draw for the Prize: One random draw will be held on June 1st at approximately 11 a.m. from all eligible entries received up to May 31, 2011 in Concord, Ontario.
6. A random draw will take place. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. National Homes will attempt to contact the potential winners by email or telephone within seven (7) business days after the draw.
7. By entering the Contest, the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules. Contest sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purpose of administering this Contest.
8. RELEASE. Winners will be required to execute a legal agreement and release (“Release”) that confirms Winner’s: (i) eligibility for the Contest and compliance with these Contest Rules; (ii) acceptance of the Prize as offered; (iii) release of each of the Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies(collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Contest, participation in any Contest, related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or
   
   Destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (iv) grant to National Homes of the unrestricted right, in National Homes sole discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the Winners name, photograph, and likeness in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof. The executed Release must be returned within two (2) business days of the verification as a Winner or the selected entrant will be disqualified and the Prize forfeited.
